Please review the procedures before you submit your draw request. Failure to meet these terms will delay your funds being disbursed and may subject you to a reinspection fee.

The procedure to procure your construction funds is as follows:

1) Fill out a draw request form.

2) Fax it to (904) 725-3883

3) Call Robert @ 993-6924 or Brian @ 725-4050 or Richard @ 838-9570 & arrange entry.

4) We will inspect the property with 48 hours. (weekdays)

5) If work is satisfactory, Aggressive Lending will meet you in person at the property or our office to distribute funds. We will not pay contractors directly !

Before any funds will be released:

- All payments must be current
(absolutely no money will be disbursed if payments are late)

- The yard must be mowed

- There should be no City or County Code Violations
